I step in as a part-time Chief Operating Officer or VP of Operations, providing experienced, integrated leadership without the cost or rigidity of a full-time hire. I often serve as a trusted Number Two to a founder CEO (the Integrator role in EOS organizations). I work shoulder-to-shoulder with other executives, helping the team execute faster and more coherently.

I know that small businesses are often messy, iterative, and held together with duct tape and work-life balance that’s suboptimal to say the least.

I don’t arrive with a prepackaged method or a branded system. I show up, listen carefully, understand your opportunities and constraints, and help you design the next iteration that actually fits your team, your tools, and your timing.
