    I step in as a part-time Chief Operating Officer or VP of Operations, providing experienced, integrated leadership without the cost or rigidity of a full-time hire.

    I often serve as a trusted Number Two to a founder CEO (the Integrator role in EOS organizations), working shoulder-to-shoulder with other executives to help the organization execute faster and more coherently.

    This model is ideal for companies that:

    • Have capable leaders within departments, but need alignment across functions

    • Aren’t yet at the stage where a full-time COO makes sense

    These engagements are tailored to build specific systems or solve focused problems over a defined timeline from a few days to a few months. Each engagement starts with a clear entry point, scope, and exit criteria. If the work evolves into something larger, we adjust intentionally.
